THERAPY SESSIONS

ONE-ON-ONE

Individual therapy, also known as one-on-one therapy or counseling, is a form of therapy that focuses on the individual's mental and emotional well-being. During individual therapy, the therapist and the individual work together to address specific concerns and goals.

Personalized treatment: Individual therapy is tailored to the specific needs and goals of the individual, which can lead to more targeted and effective treatment.


Support: Individual therapy provides a supportive environment where individuals can feel heard and validated and develop coping skills and strategies to manage their emotions and challenges.
